Start on Free — 1 zone, forever. Try Pro free for a month: add a card at checkout, cancel anytime before it renews. On every plan, 0% commission on bookings paid at the place or by transfer. Card payments are optional: each one costs your Stripe processing fee plus a small bergbooking fee, shown in the app before you switch them on, and fully returned on refunds.
Anything a business puts on it: sport courts, indoor golf, pilates and other coached sessions, even a grill table, plus the gear to go with it. Slots are 60 or 120 minutes, always on the hour, with the place's real availability.
Players never pay bergbooking anything. Businesses start on Free, 1 zone forever. The first month of Pro is free. Bookings paid at the place or by transfer carry 0% commission; card bookings cost your Stripe fee plus a small bergbooking fee, shown before you enable them and returned on refunds.
When you book, make the reservation open and say how many players you want and at what level. Others ask to join and you approve them. A private booking can be opened later, too.
Each business chooses what it accepts: at the place, by bank transfer with a prefilled Pay by Square QR, or by card in bergbooking with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments run on the business's own Stripe account. bergbooking never sees your card number.
Yes. Every business sets a cancellation cutoff you see before booking. Cancel before it and a card payment comes back in full. Every booking can be moved once, to any free slot of the same length and price.
No. The full experience runs at app.bergbooking.com. On Android, install it to your home screen, notifications included.

Only participants of a completed booking can review it. Nobody else gets the button. Owners can reply publicly.
